I cannot say enough good things about your staff. Your doctors, technicians and nurses were very caring, treating my father with courtesy and respect. In particular, the technicians who performed the CT scans were very good to my father and I, and went out of their way to accompany us to the next procedure.

My father had to undergo a Paracentesis procedure several times in radiology, and Dr. Gonzales, who performed that procedure on multiple occasions, was very good to my father, taking the time to talk to him, reassure him, and make sure he was not in pain. Dr. Gonzales was also very helpful to me, explaining the procedure and diagnosis. Please extend my gratitude to your staff at Concord Medical Center.

This past October I was (mis)’diagnoised’ with a brain tumor. I was referred here by my Neurologist for an in depth MRI study of my brain. From their first phone call to set up my appointment to after my procedure the staff were exceptional, professional, gentle, and caring. Very accommodating to my emotional and tearful disposition. Plenty of Kleenex tissues. The facility is clean and modern with serene colors, no loud over crowed waiting area. with office background chatter.

Dr. Patrick Gonzalez is fantastic! I broke my leg and ended up with a DVT. He has been helping me manage this. I have dealt with several difficult specialist offices but his staff are amazing. I get a real person on the phone quickly when I call and they are fast with scheduling and even proactive. I had zero problems with billing. I think they use a new company now. I was able to pay my bill easily online. I highly recommend Dr. Gonzalez and his team, you will receive excellent care here.

Jeff was the tech and he has a wonderful warm, welcoming style that puts patients at ease. The whole team was excellent. Anyhow, great team!

My apprehension level was sort of high and my Orthopedist provided anti-anxiety medication if needed. The entire staff made my experience calm, relaxing, and easy-breezy! No meds, just a simple procedure. Kind, compassionate staff, Thank you!

We really appreciate working with Dr Kim. We can tell that he really enjoys educating both the staff and patients. Yesterday was no exception! But he was exceptional when he went to the inpatient’s bedside to first identify if there was an issue with the drain he had placed, and second when he educated the patient and his wife re: drain care at home! I later met the patient and his wife to help the bedside RN. They were so thankful for our care, really appreciated talking with Dr Kim and felt that we all work together well as a team.

You guys have gone beyond as far as I am concerned. I will post, star and tell everyone to get their UFE from BMMI😆.

Dr. Eric Chen picked up a very small abnormality on my mammogram and decided I should have a biopsy. The biopsy shows that I have breast cancer. If he hadn’t noticed the very small abnormality my treatment would have been delayed for a year. Please tell him thank you for me and that I appreciate him so much. Thank you!

I would like you to know what a pleasure it was meeting Elodia at Contra Costa Imaging Center. Elodia was persistent in contacting my doctor’s office to get my MRI order transferred from Pleasanton to Concord, and she kept me informed every step of the way just as she promised. Elodia had all she needed to get me on the schedule quickly, and I was so grateful and impressed. You are very lucky to have her on staff!

I’m writing to commend Sacari. I need to schedule a CT scan but have claustrophobia which makes it difficult for me to endure a procedure that confines/restricts me. I have spoken twice with Sacari about this issue and she has demonstrated the perfect balance of professionalism and understanding. Today, she facilitated my brief visit to the procedure room where I spoke with the technicians who perform the CT scan. This was extremely helpful to me. I sincerely appreciate her kindness and patience.
