Bay Medical Management, LLC is a management services organization (MSO) focused on practice management, professional and technical health care billing, clinical operations, provider contracting, finance and accounting, human resources, healthcare information technology, and marketing.

The organization was formed in 1998 to supply administrative and management support to Bay Imaging Consultants but has since expanded to provide billing and IT services for 12 hospitals and 40+ outpatient facilities in the Bay Area, and currently operates and manages partnership facilities with its hospital partners. We also support independent healthcare practices in the area with management services, including East Bay Newborn Specialists, Inc., and Alta East Bay Pathology.

We are a privately held company located in Walnut Creek, CA. employing 100+ full-time administrative employees as well as over 100 technicians and care providers. Every member of our Senior Management is a member of the Radiology Business Management Association.
